MATFLOW
Mat Flow offers a mindful blend of Pilates, mobility, functional movement, and barre-a-terre elements, guiding you through all planes of motion for a truly 3D movement experience! Through slower, intentional sequences on the mat, you’ll sculpt and lengthen your body in a focused flow that enhances flexibility, strength, and everyday functionality. While rooted in Pilates and functional movement principles, this class is also inspired by the grace and precision of ballet, adding an elegant, fluid dimension to your practice. It’s more than a workout—it’s an experience that’ll leave you feeling taller, stronger, centered, and recharged, ready to move through your day with confidence.

BARRE RITUAL
Step into complete immersion with our signature Barre Ritual class, blending ballet, Pilates, and functional strength for a flow that works your entire body—with a special focus on lower body sculpting (hello, thighs and booty on fire!). High-rep, low-impact, feel-the-burn moves like pliés, relevés, and attitudes sculpt and tone in an energizing, rhythmic experience. All you’ll need is a chair or a steady surface to grasp on and an exercise mat.
Each class lets you unleash your inner dancer, leaving you feeling deeply invigorated as if you’ve gifted yourself a moment of pure empowerment.
Strength
This class is all about building serious strength and endurance. You'll work through high-energy, circuit-style training using weights to challenge your entire body.
While every session is a total-body workout, we put a special emphasis on a complete glute workout, helping you build power and stability from the ground up. With strategic cardio bursts integrated into each circuit, you'll also boost your metabolism and improve your cardiovascular fitness.

With over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer, my journey into fitness has had its own twists and turns. A few years ago, I hit a rut—workouts started feeling like a chore, and my energy, confidence, and overall zest for life dipped. That’s when I began exploring new movement modalities and found my way to more ‘organic’ training methods. Suddenly, exercise felt like play again—something I looked forward to, where I could feel and see real, sustainable results. It was the best of both worlds!
Today, I teach Barre, Pilates, and strength training with a functional twist. My goal is to help my clients rediscover—or maybe even discover for the first time—a love for movement that’s enjoyable, sustainable, and transformative. I want everyone to feel what their bodies are truly capable of, embracing wellness without quick fixes or grueling routines that don’t support long-term health. Each class is designed to empower you, connecting body and mind, and leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and recharged.

Yes! Classes are designed with options for all fitness levels, with variations and modifications to match your needs. As always, check with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.

1 class per week: $30
2 classes per week: $50

Classes are currently held in English. However, Isabella also speaks French and Croatian, so feel free to use these languages for any questions or conversation before or after class.

Holidays: Classes may be canceled on national holidays.
Instructor Absence: In the event of instructor sickness, we will do our best to reschedule the class, subject to studio availability. If a class cannot be rescheduled, it is non-refundable.
Missed Classes: Missed classes due to client no-shows or personal scheduling conflicts are non-refundable. However, if you plan to be away for 10 or more consecutive days, please contact us in advance to discuss a potential adjustment to your monthly rate.

To ensure you get the most out of your experience and for the safety and flow of our group classes, we highly recommend that all new clients begin with at least one introductory private session with Isabella. This session is priced at €30 and allows her to assess your unique movement patterns, introduce you to the core principles of our practice, and prepare you to jump into group classes with confidence.
This step is recommended for all, though seasoned trainers or very experienced movers may be able to join group classes directly.
Semi-private or small group sessions can also be arranged upon request, with rates varying based on the number of participants.
